Diving

After existing for some time on an informal basis, diving became an official program at À Contre-Courant in December 1993. The club became affiliated with the Fédération de plongeon amateur du Québec in 1995 so its member could register for competitions.

ACC's divers participated in the IGLA championship held at Montreal's Olympic Stadium in October 1995 as well as the Provincial Masters Championships held on November 24, 1996, at the Claude-Robillard Sports Centre.

This activity was interrupted for a number of years due to lack of a coach. It was renewed in the fall of 2003. For more information about diving, you can send an e-mail to .
